AFV 1/35 Doher 155mm mobile Howitzer.

Another nice kit from AFV Club apart from the dire rubber band tracks so after markets were used to replace them. The kit is supplied with a turned metal scaffold pole for the barrel and adds some nice weight. The kit is really the old Rochev offering with upgrade parts to make it into a Doher the newer parts being a different shade of green. The after market baggage set was from Legend. Paint used was the MIG Israeli Defence Forces special edition set and went down very well.

Evenin' young Dan! I managed to finish my 1/72 Hasegawa MV22 Osprey for the extended Winter Hovering SIG. The kit was ok, with a few alignment challenges and warpage around the fuselage & nacelles. The biggest problem I hit was the stencils in the after market set so the finished item is a hybrid of kit stencils with after market unit & national insignia. Primed in Ultimate black, painted in Vallejo model air, finished with a coat of AK Ultra Matte all through the trusty Ultimate Apex. The base was included in the kit and tarted up with some textured sand paint and a selection of Woodland Scenics scatter. Stay safe & well everyone!

Here us my completed 1/24 Fujimi Shelby Cobra in Guardsman Blue with White stripes. Most colors and primer is by Splash Paints, and the chrome bits (except the wheels) where stripped and repainted with Mission models chrome.

Howdy all!

Work on the Meng Tiger 1 egg continues, did a wash with Vallejo Sand and some weathering with acrylic pencils.

Hope everyone is not losing their minds in isolation! Cheers!

Good afternoon happy modellers

Here is the 1/72 FGMmastermazon Dewoitine 551C1. This would have to be one of the most annoying kits I’ve ever made but since I wanted to add this rare French aeroplane to my collection I had to persevere with it. It could use a bit more work but I refuse to have anything more to do with it. It was primed in Tamiya rattle can grey primer and finished in Tamiya AS-12 Bare Metal Silver.

Not sure if I made it in time... been working on and almost done with the Tom's Toyota 88C LeMans race car by Hasegawa in 1/24. This is for the Non-ISM 80's GB.

Painted in Tamiya acrylics and Tamiya Semi-Gloss clear.
Fun kit and easy (just my speed).
Mixed a drop of gray in the white as the instructions called for off-white.:

Stay safe everyone!! :cheers2:
