Bemax Lancia Delta S4 Final Reveal

Post by Hawkmoon »

:th: Calling this one done, the kit has some clean up needed and some holes need opening out but nothing major. The front panel hinges backwards to show the interior and the rear panel clips in place enabling its removal to view the engine detail. The after market set is a must if you want the mud guards and some other details that are easily seen missing on the finished kit. :thumb2:

I would love to add more pictures but right now this is winging its way to its new owner there are more close up pictures in the build diary though. I did quite well on the deal getting a donation +the same kit and etch set. Thanks for looking in and your comments both, I will build the kit again as its a blast to build and hard to put aside but other projects are in the pipeline first. :thumb2:

Top work as always from you Andy and a superb end result, very well done. Love that Martini scheme, reminds me of the old Martini Brabham BT44 Grand Prix car from the mid seventies! That was THE best time in F1 imho!

Beautiful Lancia, very nicely built!! If I may be so bold. The interior of the front and rear clam shells should be sand/yellow colour as they were kevlar on the real car, not red.

:cheers2: Thanks for looking in and your comments the Beemax instructions called for red on the interiors so they were done in that color when I get round to building another I can rectify that :thumb2: :th:
