Finished for a while now, but the need to crack on to the next project (and the sun went away too) has delayed me posting the finished pics. I've taken some today as the sun returned and burned my forehead

























































As I said in my last post in the work in progress thread or this build, thanks for everyone's kind comments, help, advice, and support all of the way through the build, it's been much appreciated.

My main enjoyment is the build itself, more so than the finished model, and so I can be accused of taking my time, lol.

But to be able to share builds with everyone on here is a great motivation to get the projects finished.

And thanks for looking, as always!

More time now to post a work in progress of, and try to finish my mk2 escort build, lol!

The jack and service parts are all from the tamiya mechanics service kit, I have one of those in the stash to be able to steal parts from. So everything on there apart from the tarp is from that kit.

Jack stands and spare wheels/tyres were adapted from other kits, the tarp is tracing paper

Fantastic build, amazing level of detail and the diorama for it really shows it off!

This is amazing. Such a joy watching it come together! That tarp blows me away
