Hi from New Zealand,
Over lockdown was able to save a little and as soon as I could bought an Apex 0.3
and an Airviper from Ammo 0.2.

Main reason for Airviper was for detail work with smaller cup.
Apex is brilliant.

On testing the viper. Can't get a working pressure above 10psi.
OK!, disasemble, clean, check each part on assembly, same problem.
Check all seals and airline.
Same problem. Contact Ammo, no response. Look for anyone with same issue.
Hmmm nothing.
Does actually spray reasonably well but only at 10 psi.
So! Replace needle and fluid nozzle also the silicone needle seal. SAME PROBLEM.
All other brushes are fine. Mostly badger.
Even the Air Cobra (same set up).

Completely stumped on this one.
Now thinking compressor line pressure. Desktop I have runs at 20-23ltrs p/min. Surely this is enough.

Any advice?
Cheers
Dave

Never heard of this problem before, but I would check the air valve. It maybe faulty or have a piece of crud stuck in it from the assembly process. :th: :th: :cheers2:
