Hi , I'm a real newbie so please forgive me for asking something that has probably been done several times before.
What is the easiest way to fill sink holes in panels ?
What filler do yo use ?

I use a product called perfect plastic putty, it's not perfect but is very forgiving and can be cleaned up with water or reactivated.
Sprue goo works too as does Ca glue mixed with a filler like talc. Ca gets hard to sand if you leave it too long. There are other products out there. Basically you want something that is easy to remove yet won't shrink when drying. The Tamiya putties are bad for shrinkage except the epoxy which you won't be using for sink holes anyway.
I find AFV Club kits seem to have more sink holes than other brands, but that could be just my bias as I'v been building a few of those lately.

My 1st build was an italieri 1/24 escort which I completed recently. I would put a pic here but can't figure out how .
The bonnet and boot on this kit are far from perfect nor does the front spoiler fit very neatly .
I have another that I will build soon but now knowing these imperfections I want it to be better .

Ok. Hopefully you are doing this on a computer because I'm not very phone savvy

Open Flickr in another tab.

Double click on the picture you want to post.

On the lower right, there is a curved arrow. When you hover over it, it reads "Share Photo." Click on that arrow.

A box pops up. On the right side of the top line, click on BBCode. Then on the new lower line, click on the arrow to open the dialog box and select the photo size. I usually do "Medium (800x450).

Right click the address in the middle line to highlight it and then left click it and select "Copy."

Now paste the address into your post and you've got it.

You can always click "Preview" at the bottom of the "post a reply" window to make sure your picture will show when you submit the post.

I like Mr. Surfacer for that type of thing, especially Mr. Surfacer 1000. I use a round toothpick to put a drop or two where I need it. For bigger spots, I've used a piece of hollow tubing to get more out of the jar.

Surfacer dries fairly quickly and sands out easily.

Something isn't right. The picture didn't show up. I'm not smart enough to troubleshoot it from there. Try messing with it a bit. The picture will show when you click preview if it's done correctly.
