Tamiya TS as primer

Hi, has anyone here used the Tamiya TS paint as primer? Im just curious as I have plenty of times. Just wondering if any here has had the same issues/results. How did that go for you? Did the first layer of the actual TS paint you were gonna use stick or did it get "eaten" away by the TS you used as primer? To me; both have happened. Even if I wet sanded the TS primer with P2000, the first layer of the base colour got eaten away a tiny bit. Kinda like it corroded. Wet sanding again with P2000 and layer nr 2 was no issues. If you all are wondering what I've been using; here's what.

TS26 as primer for TS29. AMAZING results.
TS25 as primer for TS26 and TS49. TS25 made that 26 and 49 to shine alot.

I also used TS14 as primer for TS30. It looked really smooth, but I think the TS30 ended up a bit darker.

I've never used the actual paint in cans as primer but I do use a lot their fine primer in grey and white and I love it. And they sand very well
