2022 GB Subject Poll

Ok folks after some chewing over here is the shortlist Poll for the 2022 Group Build subjects.
Sorry if your favourite didn't make the cut, but hopefully there's something in here for everyone based on the feedback from the discussion thread.
You're able to vote for up to three different subjects out of the six listed.
We'll leave this up for about three weeks and then hopefully be in a position to get started with the first one early in the New Year (hangovers permitting).
Just as a reminder here is the intended schedule for 2022

Some excellent choices here. Very encouraging to see my three picks are, so far, also the most popular!
Love the 1/48 scale year long drop in too!

I actually have a ton of kits that fit the leading categories. The problem will be figuring out which ones to build.

Shame I already started painting my 1/48 F-14. Would have loved to do that for the GB. Maybe do something else???

Yep - there should be plenty of opportunities for new builds next year
And the 1/48 GB will be open all year long for people to drop in as many times as they want to.

But what do you when something unusual pops up........you buy it and 2 more just so it doesn't feel like it's being singled out....

I know this feeling.... Apparently a Vulcan is headed my way - and you just CANNOT have a Vulcan without a Valiant and a Victor to keep it company.... (and Airfix just announced they are releasing the Victor next year...)
Same as you cannot build a Lanc. without a Stirling and a Halifax to keep it company

In my defense whilst not a case of cold turkey by any standard I did slow down in 2021 and bought way less.... Yeah the missus sold her house and moved in and gave me a earful.....

Just giving this a bit of a bump as voting has slowed down now.

Yep it's been stuck at 67 for a few days now (I think Diggers Wallaby Goggles must have been fogged up

)
It's about half of what we got last year which is sad to see, but yep there's definitely some interesting options there
I'll leave this open until about this time next week and then call it

Final bump on this one - looks like we have our three winners, but I'll close it down on Wednesday in case there's any more late-comers

I like the look of those results. Might need something for the naval SIG but I'm covered for the other front runners.

Ok Everyone - it looks like we have our winners...
1. Not the Usual Conflicts (any subject from any conflict except the World Wars) will run from January to April
2. Maritime will run from May to August
3. Large Scale Kits will run from September to December
As a reminder here is the full schedule:
And it looks like
@bfrd has been busy creating the work areas for us, as well as adding a handy calendar to the top of the forum
I'll pop up the rules & guidelines for the first two as soon as I can, but let us know if you have any questions in the meantime

I'm in to start of with either a armored subject or a AA unit, but got a Pfalz do do first so probably won't start until Feb.
