Lovely result, the detail painting of the figures tabs and insignia is particularly fine work.

The whole thing is extremely nice! The weathering is what stands out to me. You hit that prefect spot.

Love the overall weathered finish and the commander figure adds a really nice touch, giving a feel for the size of the actual vehicle!! :)

With regards to the figure I think it really highlights that the crew didn't so much man these things as wear them!
