"WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN WORKING ON THIS WEEK?" - A NEW SEGMENT OF FRIDAY NIGHT'S ISM LIVE "AT THE BENCH" SHOW!

* Open now until 1 hour before the show on Friday, July 29th*

** PLEASE read ALL of the rules below carefully! **

Hello everyone! This post is being created to give you, as a member of ISM, the opportunity to share what you have been working on during the week on the Friday night show. Please read the rules below in order to participate.

01). By participating in this thread, you are giving permission for the ISM live crew to share your work during the Youtube broadcast of the ISM Live "At the Bench" Friday show.

02). Please, only post your own work and not that of others.

03). Remember, post only one image per member each week. This will prevent prolific builders from dominating this segment and will prevent this part of the show from becoming too long.

04). Also, have only one project shown in the image per member each week. Again, this prevents prolific builders from dominating this segment and making this segment longer than it needs to be.

05). Along with your image, please include the following details: The name of the kit; the company that produces the kit; any aftermarket that you have added, along with the brands and colors of paint used (if applicable).

06). The deadline for entries each week will be between the time the post goes up until an hour before Friday's show. Entries made after the deadline will not be shown.

07). Remember: If you wish to have a project highlighted during the show, the image and information must be shared in this thread, not a separate post on the Facebook page!

08). There will be a posted thread similar to this one on the ISM Forums. PLEASE post your work only in ONE of these. This will prevent us from having to sort through duplicate posts on both sites.

This is an opportunity for you as members to be directly involved with the show. We hope that you will participate no matter your level of experience. This will not be a critique of anyone's work.

The winner will have their model displayed on the Paul@ism live stream header

We thank you in advance for allowing us the opportunity to showcase your models!
Paul and the live crew

Spent a lot of the week on the Sci-Fi build project. Imai's version of the Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle from the TV series "Captain Scarlet". The kit is built OOB, no extras added at all. Paint used is MRP-015 "Porche Miami Blue" as this was the nearest match I could find to the models used in the TV show. Currently got an issue with the black lines on the front bumper, freehand looks awful so I'm waiting for some 1mm Tamiya masking tape to arrive so I can mask the strips and spray the bumper white. Hopefully the 1mm tape will also let me get the red lines done around the air intakes .

Continuing work on my 1/72 Airfix Sea King for the Forum Maritime group build. The interior is now all finished and the fuselage together along with the majority of the exterior p/e from the Big Ed set. Next up I am attempting the winter tiger stripe cammo scheme, masking heaven!

    Thanks for looking.

    Evenin' Young Dan

After skipping a week I got back to the Sci Fi shenanigans of the MPC Hawk this week

I started by tidying up the paintwork, and then also spent more time tidying up the tidying up :bash:

Then it was about four sessions to get all the decals down for the markings - I'll leave these to settle properly and then seal them in before some weathering.
