Meng's 'toon kits are nicely molded in multiple colors of plastic, and are snap kits, so glue and paint aren't necessary. I chose to paint and lightly weather my USS Cleveland kit, and replace the vinyl number stickers with waterslide decals. Nice kit for a fast, fun build.
