Abysmal response from Badger Airbrush Co USA

A number of months ago I Emailed the Badger USA factory technical queries department. The question was about whether I could convert my old 100XF side feed airbrush into a gravity fed unit by exchanging the existing shell for a new Badger 100 shell and utilising parts from my existing air brush.

Simple enough question? Despite 2 chase ups for an answer to my original Email I have heard absolutely nothing.

I already own two other Badger Air Brushes that I am quite happy with, but this experience makes me wonder what sort of after market service I would get should I have to send any of my air brushes in for a factory overhaul.

Maybe I will get a better response from the main UK Badger agent instead.

Or perhaps I should bite the bullet and convert to an Iwata or a Harder and Steenbeck!

Otherwise buy a H/S Ultra locally. That little sucker does everything I ask of it and cleans up so easily

Still no response to my question by email to the Badger Airbrush Company factory technical queries department in the USA.
Not bothered to chase it up again for a third time.
Their product is very good, but afraid trying to get an answer to a straight forward technical question from them was a disappointment!
Bet if it was a sales enquiry they would have responded like a shot.

Got a very quick response from their UK agent Barwell when asked the same question within a couple of days.
