Sikorsky CH-54 vs Mil.

Post by RangerNeil »

For those interested in such things these are the rotor blades for the CH-54 Tarhe and the Mil-6. The Mil-26 is larger but the box is inaccessible.
Scale is 1/72. Green rotors are the CH-54, White is the Mil-6. Both have the ends lined up on the same grid line on the mat.

The Mil Mi-V-12 are even bigger.....

    On the board now:

    Airfix 1/35 Alvis Stalwart Mk2 FV622
    Hasegawa 1/48 A8 Crusader
