Gundam - 1/100 Ginn

Hi all. Got this model while in Hong Kong for an extended stay earlier in the year
Gundam are not my thing, but had some fun detailing up what is a rather boring build.
Led light for an eye.
Piece of aluminium for the sword blade
Battle damage with burned toothpick
Lots of PE and metal detail parts

Thanks everyone. I think we can all agree these models are not our cup of tea. That said, I will build another some day, one of the more complicated larger kits.
The detailing up was like doing practice for real models. End result does look good though, and it was fairly enjoyable. Im going to enter this one into a big modelling contest in Sydney on 25 Nov.

Will do. I'm going to enter a few of my better models. The guys at Hobbyco reckon I should enter the big 1/32 F15 with the exhaust lights, its currently in their display window, which is a bit of an honour.

Very cool! 3 years ago, our local model show was canceled due to covid and I've been in the hospital for the last two. I really hope to attend next year's show with a couple models to show.
