I've just started working on last year's build again after a very long absence - but I'll be there.

Well done. It's worth it being number 1 :D
In fact my daughter also works for Amazon here in OZ she just landed the ware house managers job and has been there for about 3 weeks and has observed morale is low across the board.... :(

The Y wing builds into a VERY nice kit - my son-in-law just finished it. He's about to start the B Wing.
I worked for Amazon for 2 years - employee morale was never a high priority for them. LCY3 got blacklisted by HGV1 drivers because they spent so long waiting to be processed and the "Leaders" were kids fresh from Uni with little idea of how things work or man management. It was luck of the draw if you got a good or bad one. Amazon doesn't have to word "retirement" in its vocabulary - they class everything as "employee termination" - .no matter why you leave the record just says you were terminated - quite a few young ones who left for other jobs had difficulties over this. That said I enjoyed the time I was there. :)

Always prepared - the Airfix "Space 1999" offerings are enroute already. Would have gone for the 1/48 Eagle in the stash but theres nowhere, yet, to put the finished model. :)

OK, once I finish the Phantom, I think I shall break out my USS Excelsior for this.

Good to see kits getting organized.
This is a 3D printed motorcycle from the second Tron movie was going to be my project

            Image

And a light set from Amazon
            Image

            Image

            BUT
My little printer cannot for the life of it print a part square. The sides will not match up and the base is too wide to fit on my printer’s build plate at 100%…it needs to lie flat.
This is a super complicated print and the parts need to align perfectly, no fudge room here :?

            Image

            Image

I might try reducing parts down to 1/12 scale and try again. I had a good system of sequential parts printing before I started to look closer and see things were muffing up. So I have wasted time, resin, effort and money
            I have plan B enroute

I shall be tackling this beauty from Bandai.

Its the perfect kit for Bandai. With all the exposed surface detail there are very few of the trench like panel lines that plague kits like the X-wing. It will be out of the box but its a cracking kit so it should build up into a nice model then I'll dirty the hell out of it as befits the rebel workhorse.

            Image
Its been tried and tested, it works! So don't blame the system if you're no good.

Tempted as I was by some of those Gambody .stl files the lack of a 3D printer ruled them out. So I managed to bag these for the build:

            Image

I've got the MPC Eagle in 1/48 - but I am seriously out of space to put the finished kits!!! These will fit in available gaps.

OK, so this is what I will be tackling once I get something done with the Phantom or Hustler.

And I have the Aztec decals...

Amusing thing. I put this kit up for sale at one point and people kept bugging me to sell them just those decals. I was like pffffttttt, no. Then I have the kit without them. NOPE. LOL

She's supposed to have trans-warp drive.

Aye, and if my grandmother had wheels, she'd be a wagon!

Does the kit come with the little computer chips that Scotty stole from her main drive?
