are there any recommendations for buying up grade parts currently have a GSX-RR 2020 and looking at upgrading g parts but the prices in the UK are mental compared to spot models I'm Spain is spot models the go to place for upgrade parts or am I missing something here in the UK.

Cor thanks for the response appreciated I can see you are located in Australia I have been using spot models in Spain as there delivery costs are the same as half the UK supplier are charging for delivery in our own country you can get delivery from China cheaper than the uk.

Yes, delivery costs are so variable. That kit I mentioned is in Japan, sometimes they have pretty cheap delivery too. Did you check it?

Spot models are good supplier
Unfortunately these days…
Nothing is cheap, shipping is crazy, governments Jack duty and tax on top of everything
