Absolutely top drawer General, your mate in the cockpit is brilliant, I love the Dunlop on the tyres as well. Really really good....

this is a real beaut, i watched the allies in Tunisia, after seeing this build, the diorama is fantastic, you must be chuffed with the finished set up, very nice indeed.

I am just working on my first model in 18 years and will be happy if mine is half as good. You must of been a lot better than me before you took a break

Heya..thanks!
Well I took a break from doing the historical scale modelling. I did wargame for about 10 years(warhammer 40k...etc), which involved painting miniature figurines, and sci fi based vehicles.
Historical modeling is much more challenging IMO.
Not to say that sci fi stuff couldn't be challenging, but in general the figures and tanks are designed for ease of painting and thus are "heroic" scale, not "true scale".

Really nice job ! The figure is very well achieved , and the overall diorama is just great !
