Does anyone use these methods? I hadn't heard anyone talk about using enamels in such a way and I have a ton of enamels left over since I've just switched to airbrushing acrylics.

Also, is what he's saying that you need to use these enamels and oils over acrylics only? I still have a few unweathered models I brush painted or rattle can painted with enamels, and I assume I'd have to clear coat with something before I used enamel washes on those models.

They didn't really mention clear coats in this video at all.
