Cartograf Decals - slight misprint, common?

Post by DC87 »

Looking through the decal sheet on my Wingnut Wings Snipe kit I noticed the Cartograf decals had a slight misprint on one of the large roundels. It's only a small issue but seeing as these are the first Cartograf decals I have seen first hand I was expecting them to be spotless.

Is it common for the decal sheets to have small issues is what I would like to know from those who have used them allot?

WOW I don't know how they managed to print that awful big black circle on the decal...I'd call that a bit more than a slight misprint

I don't think it's a problem, you could probably fix that up with a tip another of paint and/or make a oil/whatever streak there. Not built enough kits of different variety but I usually do Dragon and I've never seen anything wrong with their epic Cartograph decals : :
