i have subscribed to your video's and really enjoy them as they do cheer me up, but if you need to step back and make changes i wish you the best of luck and i know university is also on you mind, at the end of the day your channel will be something to look forward too.

No....don't stop making vids....your videos are great! We understand what you're trying to convey, but you're right about the quality issues. I have 'em too. I film in 1080 HD but my video editor can't use anything higher than like 480... I think I know what the problem is though...

I can't watch all your vids as you have copyright issues on my most of them not allowing them to be watched on mobile devices.

A few things that may help (I watched the Jagdpanther one)

Turn of your tv, it's distracting in the background.

Maybe have an over the shoulder camera angle on to a wall or other background.

increase the amount of light so you can see more of what you videoing.

Other that it looked fine mate, I subbed to you so I hope you make more vids.

I'll watch your academy merkava bid when I'm on the MacBook next.

Thanks for the tips Paul! Yeah the copyright is due to my intro I need to change that ... Won't be using this until I can find a way to et around the copyright stuff... I will turn off the tv... I guess it was my gf watching tv while I was taping ... The over the shoulder view is rather complicated because of the amount of space but I will have at it! Thanks

I think over the shoulder a gives a better shot at what your reviewing etc and as there's nothing behind to distract the viewer too.

I can watch your videos on my mobile device, I just use the browser and select 'request desktop site' and your videos are WAY better than mine.

In regards to copyright, what most people don't realise is YT has this 'sniffer' algorithm that searches the video for copyright infringements. So even though say the radio, or tv might be quiet, the data is still within the video so it can be sort out and found by the 'sniffer'. Basically, if you don't own it, don't use it and this is mostly when music is involved, most strikes on Youtube come from Music Companies.

As far as quality goes, sure 720p and 1080p are awesome if you can do it, but statistically the majority of people that watch youtube videos don't watch videos above 480, although niche markets may differ. The most important thing in a video surprisingly is the audio, I will instantly turn off a video if they audio is terrible, static, or some irritating background noise. And a lot of people 'listen' to videos rather than watch the whole thing, I know I do. Your audio is fine to my ears, no obnoxious overly loud static or audio changes.

As Paul says, maybe on the review as you're using your phone try placing it to the side and raise slightly on a box, or on a stand, hell, use bananas if it works. lol. Just try not holding it as the juddering will put people off, and on some videos (not yours) it's almost made me feel sick with the motion.

I don't think there is anything majorly wrong with your videos at all, and like all humans most of the issues with your videos are your own perceived issues, as you can see from the posts above you have a following of modellers that enjoy your content, so go for pro buddy. Carry on.

Ir the piece of music (even if its copyrighted) is less than 30 seconds long it's fine. Your intro song is like ~33 seconds. I use 29.4 seconds of music from the 1st new Transformers movie and it's alright everywhere. I also use Call of Duty music for long periods but even though it should be detected and removed, it isn't in the filter because then everyone's COD playthrough vids would be taken down and Treyarch or whoever don't want that as YouTube is how partly how they sell/advertise the game - so haha LOOPHOLE

I watch your videos aswell and there is nothing wrong with the quality of it,

Pauls suggestions are really good ones and for me personally the angle and sound is the most important. No need for 1080p quality if you cant see cause of where the camera is or barely hear.

maybe buy a tripod? Set up a better angle for different videos(reviews, updates...)

I intended to make a video about how i do my videos. Its not perfect or professional by any means but maybe it can provide some ideas what you could change.
However, i like your video style very much and would not have suggested you to change it. If you are not satisfied with it yourself, well, change it and i´m sure barely anyone would mind it. just stay as you are bro and don´t become unnatural. i personally appear in my videos pretty untouchable and clinical, i´d love to involve some humour but somehow it does not work. I want to change that for quite some time already.

I watch your vids all the time and think they're fine. Honestly when watching modeling vids I don't really care about quality or editing as much as content. It's all about the hobby for me. I sub to people I like and then watch the videos that interest me. In other words if someone is building or reviewing WWII aircraft or armor I'm probably going to watch. Likewise if someone is doing modern armor I'll probably skip if I'm pushed for time because modern armor not really an interest for me. Now if someone is doing an Abrams, but they're showing a unique weathering technique or style I might watch. Anyway I hope you stick around. If not I hope to see you return.

I second what Panzermeister said don't stop I enjoy your videos. Get an inexpensive SD memory card camera and a tripod and your good to go!

That's fantastic! Quit using your cellphone the lens quality and CCD image processing are subpar even compared to an inexpensive Canon or Sony video camera.

I'm terrible with You Tube as I rarely watch it and have really only started taking notice of it since joining ISM. But, I'm planning to change all that and have subscribed to a few channels (all ISM guys so far! ) and plan to subscribe to a load more.

Personally I love your videos, love your style and your passion for the hobby comes through the screen at you - glad you decided to keep making them!
