Okay Ladies and Gents here is my entry for this group build. I'll get started on Saturday and hopefully have some WIP pics next week. Happy building everyone, looking forward to seeing all the builds.

Will leave same comment in this Lanc thread:

Cant say really why, but the Lanc is my favourite 4 eng WWII bomber, just love it!
The Tamiya 1/48 Avro Lancaster B Mk.I/III is on my shopping list...

Good choice, will be watching this build for sure!
Good luck with the build!

I am interested in the differences as well between ours.

I know my kit cost me AUD$50. Which is about 3 Euros. Well, a bit more I guess, but not that much more -_-

Comes to about $43 American.

Yours looked like it has more detail than mine too. And extra added goat fat for release agent.

Is that really true?

Agree classic aircraft.

It wouldn't be a proper bomber group build without at least a few Lancs.

Here is an awesome documentary with Martin Shaw on the Dambuster raids. Thank you MsGreenHart for your upload to YouTube.
