Over-head Camera View?

How do you manage that kind of camera angle?
Here's an example.. took it from Lee's Pz.35 review :D :

Obviously I am not Lee or Paul but I think they use those something like this, sorry if I am completely wrong.

Yep I have gorilla pods attached to my overheads lights.

You can get them on ebay cheaper than most stores

Yep - I've got a £6 fake gorilla pod from eBay attached to my triple bright light - Job's a good'un :th:

They are notoriously unreliable - mine started shooting a selfie halfway through :tongue:
