Hi all, although I have several other projects to work on, this GB was soooo tempting

I bought this kit on ebay for superb price and BIG ED package was included inside... I am curious, how it will go together. Part of the etched parts are self-adhesiv and painted, so it will be easier to work with. I also ordered some replacements of the rear gunners guns, because the look is terrible. Only plastic stick.

Thanks all for comments I spent some time outside home on fair and I can work on the Stuka again

I made today the interior. Very handy was the pre-painted parts from Eduard. Instrument panel went together nicely and the details...

Also I replaced the guns, which were only sticks with the resin parts from Aires. Last thing from today is the motor.

Seats with photo-etched parts

Progress made yesterday and today in the morning. I painted the interior with Vallejo surface primer and then Vallejo Model Air RLM02 applied.

And the rest of the interior after applying light black wash.

The pre-painted parts saves lot of time and also the interior looks now "full"

Thank you guys for responses I am now moving forward with the exterior already. But sometimes the troubles... Fitting the interior was for one afternoon with huge pain on the both sides. Me and the plane enjoyed it very much

Engine cowling was pain also . I thought that the engine will be opened, but I decided to cover it. On the other hand fitting of the wings went together with no issue.

Looking forward to priming. I will see, what needs to be repaired

I planned on entering with this model, but changed my mind in favour of the Condor.
Nice to se it entered anyway, following this build with great interest.
The Eduard cockpit sets are nice, just used one in my Vampire. Your cockpit looks great!!!
The Italeri Stukas are really nice and detailed kits, (I have the D5 and Kanonenvogel)
Very interesting to see how much the goodies will add...as in if I have to visit Eduard...

After looong time I am back. I need to spent some time abroad. And the end day of this group build is not so far away.

Here are some new photos. The build itself is almost done. Only small bits will be glued after the painting.

Condor is incredible plane. I saw your build and it is nice job with it

Problem with this kit is lot of trying and sanding. One fuselage for several versions Now I know, that some things could be done better...

Those PE details will really add alot to the finished bird.

Looking great so far keep up the great work.

I made today only a small progress. The whole plane is primed and I sanded down some problematic areas, but still there are some. Maybe next Stuka will be better

Ufff Spent some time today with the painting. Tomorrow I will take some time off the work to finish as much as I can It will be very tough. It is like learning for exams
