Hi All,
Just wondered if anyone had ever ordered anything on-line from Frontier Models? I ordered two figures on the 4th of this month, got a order confirmation email then nothing with no delivery. Four ignored emails later and then one phone call with the response "Oh we having trouble with emails" and then "Well I think figures maybe dispatched next week".
Just wondered if anyone had experienced the same problems. I don't mind if there is a delay in delivery as long as they keep in contact and let me know whats going on. Maybe its me being too picky???

By the way the title is from Black Adder where he says " Just a stab in the dark which is incidentally what you will get if you're not more helpful"

I've never used them but have often thought about getting a few bits and bobs from them as they have some cool stuff....

Bad customer service though

No worries Waylander, If your going to rant plastic, your in the right place. I guess we won't be adding them to our list of shops to use. lol

Good luck and I hope you get your stuff. And it would take them a few seconds to just email you and let you know what's going on.

Well 16 days now and still no delivery and no contact. 8 ignored emails and 3 ignored voice mail messages leaving contact numbers (As they are not answering the phone). Website still up and running and still taking orders so they are still in business.
I NOW NAME FRONTIER MODELS AS HAVING THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE WORLD WIDE WEB......
IN SHORT THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not used them and now not likely to. I've worked in retail or similar jobs for decades and as such value good customer service above all else, I'll even pay more if I know I get good service.

Sorry to hear that. Have you thought about getting someone else to call them and email them. If they get bugging from more than just you they might think about replying because then it could effect their business. I was looking to see if they had a facebook page - they don't. That is not good in this day so that could also indicate they don't want feedback to be seen by the public

I've never used these guys, not likely to either! It does say on their website that they deal in short run kits, so things take time. But that's no excuse for not keeping the customer informed! Especially when they promise to do so on the site! Shocking.

Well guys finally THEY CAME !!!!!!!!
Yes after 9 ignored emails and 6 ignored voice mail messages Frontier finally delivered........

And I must admit they are very nice figures, not too many cast lines and the detail is excellent. Just need to figure out how to paint them now as not done metal before any tips please!!!! The Icon with his two friends Smith and Wesson The one and only original Anti-Hero Mr Max.

Well, I haven't ordered nothing from this shop (well in fact nothing from shops abroad Poland so far), but one thing really p*sses me of in case of online stores.

There are some of them claiming on the website that products are available. For me it means simple "I have it available and I'll be shipping them as soon as you gimmie shiny monies".
Yet if you order them it turns out that "yes we have them available... but in the magazines of producer and we need to order them first for you, we need to wait 2-3 weeks before we'll ship them to you"...

I wouldn't mind waiting if it was a clearly stated, but in such case I claim it as unfair treatment and quite often cancel such orders...

Omg I want that Harry Callahan figure, I'm a big Dirty Harry (and clint eastwood) fan (as per the quote in my sig).
