Challenger 1 mk3 tamiya 1:35

Post by Gingerspook »

Thought I'd do an update on my first build. It's almost there! I'm working on the weathering at the mo using the Ultimate washes, so far very pleased with the results.

I've also experimented with the hairspray technique (scratching along the side skirt)

Gonna give it another coat of Klear and build up the washes then gonna have a go at a pva mud mix for the tracks.

Anyway, here she is.

Thanks Paul. I intend to get more involved with the community! Still only a noob but I'm loving it. Don't quite understand how the buddy build/group build/ sig build thing works yet! But I'm getting there.

Big thanks for yours and lee's commitment, it's really helped me try things I wouldn't have even thought of if It hadn't been for the forum and YouTube vids. Gives having a hobby a completely new dimension. Love it.
