Hi ,

I build this little model just to do some experiments with dioramas using water , and also it was my first model of a boat , but I liked so much that I will build a larger model for sure . About the Diorama I use Vallejo eater effects and some paint , in the end It Is rather nice , but I think not very realistic , will try to do some different things next -

Some history on this U.A Navy Destroyer , the Hammann is notable for rescuing the crew of the USS Lexington in the Battle of Coral Sea in May 1942, He was sunk at the battle of Midway by Japanese Submarine I-168's torpedo while attempting to salvage the USS Yorktown in June 1942.

Lovely work on the dio. The seascape has a beautiful vibrance to it. :thumb2:
