Wow, thats a master piece! I know its kind of obvious using tin cans for scratch build metals, but I never really thought of that!

Great work on this dude.
I have this one and binned it half way through.
Soft detail and my tracks were an inch too short. fit issues all over the place.
You really have turned it into something great.

That's really fine work bud, that level of correction and conversion is a definite skill sharpener.
Well done! That's really going to so off later when she's painted.

you did an excellent job on this one! i really like it a lot! just one quick info for you: i know it creates a nice contrast to paint the inside of the hatches in cream white color but that actually was forbidden. there was a heeresdienstvorschrift (army rules) that every hatch has to be painted in the vehicles base color for camo purposes. a white hatch would be seen too easily by the enemy.

Hi guys, thanks for the nice words. I do not hide that it is the first model in my short career, which I'm reasonably happy
andreb87 Thank you for the information, is very valuable. I suggested to the color of the inside of the turret. I definitely repaint it again on Dunkelgelb
Outside the window, lately continuously rain, so I'm going back to build a model.
Already not much has been to end
Best regards.
Paul

Hello friends!
I finished construction of the tank. At last...
I've added some pigment, so the mud was not too boring.
and handles for additional tracks
With cans I also made additional shurzens
So it looks the whole model
Regards
Paul.

I love the mud effects!

All that nice weathering has me thinking of building tanks! (so far, i've only built airplanes).

hey!
you really turned that old kit into a beautiful model. amazing painting and weathering!
I'm building one of those old academy kits myself at the moment (stug iv) and I hope it's gonna turn out half as nice as
yours.
cheers!
