panel lines

as i don't have an AB does the panel lines work as well using a brush i plan to use some XF-1 do i need to thin it at all any help would be appreciated

I've seen people use a fine-tip sharpie, that can work. The real issue will be painting over them so that they show through. Without the super fine/light coats of an airbrush, you might be better off thinking of post-shading, as opposed to pre-shading... just my $0.02
