1/35 Revell Tpz-1 Fuchs ABC OOB

Post by Northboy321 »

So here is the final result of my undertakings for a SIG that I took part in else where on the interweb along with the Trumpeter LAV-R. This kit has been in my stash for far to long so I really am chuffed to finally get it built, of which it has been build out of the box, though I lost the instructions so have used a bit artistic licence for the winter camo as well as reference from the internet.

So onto the usual info;

Kit manufacture: Revell
Scale: 1/35
Type: Tpz-1 Fuchs ABC
Extras used: OOB
Paints and colours used: Tamiya acrylic paints, Flory pigments, Vallejo Matt varnish.

So here are the photo's

So all in all a great build, I'm very happy with how it turned out and it also leaves me the option to build my first diorama to set the context for the muddy look.

As always comment or critique welcome and till next time happy modelling.

I'm very impressed! The work with the details are supreme stuff! Goodstuff!

What did you use for the wood and steel on the tools?

Many thanks for your feedback Gustav, the tools were painted with Xtracrylic RAF dessert sand and Citadel Boltgun metallic with a dark wash over them to bring out the detail and give depth to the finish.
