Another little kit from Academy, nice to build but once again, decals were crap! I tried to pzint the two lines on the elevators but they are not equal. The anti reflect line is also not very well straight. But these little mistakes will be improved on my futures releases

When you say in your collection you mean done or in your stash...to be done?
if it s to be done pay attention to the joint between the wings and the fuselage especially on the bottom side

How did you manage to get the Indian decal down? I tried everything and in the end gave up!

Well if I Remember well, i just slid it in place put a bit of microsol helped it to dry faster with a hair dryer then cut it on the front cowl ends then put some alcohol 90° which has the same effect than the microsol but in a stronger way. And that s it. On the other hand the stripes on the stabilizers and the frdder are painted and unfortunately not perfect becoz the decals were crap! One was too long the other one too short.

it s my favorite plane, got 6 boxes of it to build at different scales.
just this feeling of massive and agressive plane that attracts me, it s the same for the A10 and the skyraider

I've got this build to do and I hope it turns out as good as yours.
The other thing that lets down the Academy kit is the undercarriage legs. They are too long and make the
Jug look too lanky. But that's a kit issue, not something you've done wrong mate.
