Did you paint it with acrylics or enamels? If it was enamels then that will probably have eaten through everything. Did you leave the clear coat long enough to dry?

Right from Humbrol webpage...

quote
The washes can be applied to Humbrol Enamel and Acrylic paints.
If using non-Humbrol product
we always recommend testing before applying to your model.

They are advertised as being ENAMEL products...

The big question is !!!
What did you use as your Thinner ??? to wash the *Humbrol wash off !!!

Hope it was a Mineral spirit ? nothing stronger I hope ?

The Future should have resisted the Wash and later the Mineral spirit (turpentine) if it had Dried for over 24 hrs...?

Did you cover the entire model with Klear *Future* ?? if you have missed a spot ? then the Enamel paint *Base coat
could have been reactivated by the wash and subsequently by the Thinner you used to clean all that up !!
I say could !!! since I don't know what else you used on the model !

Sorry for your mishap! but I am sure it can be fix !
it happens !
