Soviet T 80 paint color

Hi

I am wrapping up a Soviet T 80 with ERA and am wondering what paint color they are. I would like it to represent the time of the mid 1980s European Theater.

I use Tamiya, so hopefully something in their line, it just needs to be close.

For WWII Rus armor I use RAF green

These are great reference tools, can some one post a link, I would love to have a set of PDFs of something like this, especially for the elusive aircrafts I will some day build, but keep finding I need more and more paints
