Ultimate Weathering Wash

After winning the complete set of Ultimate Modelling Products Ultimate Weathering Washes ( WOOHOO!!! ) I thought I'd share with you the results of my first build using them. This was also the first time I've done the gloss varnish, decal, gloss varnish, wash, matt varnish approach and, man, does it make a difference! Now that this Hurricane is hanging next to an old Kitty Hawk and an even older Spitfire it looks like someone else's work, rather than a modeller who is trying to improve with every build - it's that much of a jump!

So the moral of this tale is buy yourself some Ultimate Washes, they are fantastic! Thanks Lee & Paul, you've made a great product and a very happy modeller (and a happy daughter as the Hurricane is in her room!)
