Hi guys
some bright spark on the ISM Facebook page came up with the bright idea of building something that would fit on a credit card!
So this is what I've come up with.

Trumpeters F-18 in 1/350.
Never having done anything this scale before, I went full potato, and got some PE for it as well!

Here's the sprue for one jet, there's six in the box.

Now, for the first one, I'm just going oob, just to get a feel for it, and see what I need to adjust/watch out for.
Here she is built up, minus u/c and canopy.

Straight away, we can see that some filler is needed, along with some other titivating!
And here she is with paint and a wash.

So far, I've found the the lo-vis decals are invisible! Also, I need to get a much smoother finish for the wash, at this scale the smallest defect is like a whole new panel line!
Not too fussed about the canopy area, there's a whole PE cockpit to fit in the others! I'll stick the kit u/c on this, just to see how it looks, but I'll prob use the PE u/c seeing as I've paid for it, Lol!
Cheers dudes!
