Hey, I've been working on this Trumpeter 1/32 for a while now but I didn't take many progress pictures. This kit is not very good to build, but it looks very MiG-Like when it's assembled. It requires so much filler, reshaping and rescribing that it's ridiculous. I didn't want to make a chinese marked jet so I ordered some aftermarket cutting edge North Korea defectors markings. I sprayed it with Model Master non buffing aluminum paint, but it honestly just looks like any regular silver paint to me. I bought two of these kits before realizing that the kit sucks, so the second one will be camouflaged if I ever get around to building it.

Looks good and have you subtly weathered it? If you get round to building the second one, then at least you'll be well prepared for all the extra work you have to do

thanks! I just did a black enamel wash on it. I haven't cleared over the wash to seal it yet because I am kinda on the fence about the amount of dirt I want to leave on it. My last model was a little unrealistic with the grime, and the more I look at this one the more I want to clean it up.
