LCVP "Higgins Boat" with 1/4 ton utility truck from Italeri.

Post by DBMiller »

Well, here it is! :cheers2: (Root beer, by the way.)
I couldn't get the whole scene done in time with out rushing and wrecking it all so this will have to do. The jeep was coming along too well to risk messing it up. I will be finishing the landing diorama over the next few weeks, though.
Despite not finishing it all, and work leaving me too tired to build when I got home some nights, I am pleased how the landing craft came out. Although, tying on those bumpers was a pain in the butt! The figures look almost human, but don't really fit too well, so I put them in, even though they have pink putty faces.

Glad you finished her DB. As Mark said, you can always do the diorama later.

Great weathering and the figures look fab.
