Gorilla Glue

Post by SteveLow »

As we all know super glue is brittle and over time can separate. One reason why it often isn't recommended for long pieces of ship photo-etched railings. Does anyone have any experience with Gorilla Super Glue over time? Since it has rubber in the formula, I was wondering if it was less brittle or longer lasting then standard super glue.

Thanks,
Steve

I been using Gorilla Glue these past two years and really haven't notice anything special about it. I am on my last bottle and plan on trying a different brands just to see if they perform better than Gorilla Glue.

I only use CA on ship railings to set them in place and follow up with white glue to secure them in place.
