Good evening

Post by db41073 »

Im new to this yer'land and so thought id drop by and say 'ow'biz to you alls

Been out from modelling for 30ish years so am making a comeback by joining a couple of modelling forums etc

My interests are WW2 RAF and German aircraft and have started my collection with a 1/48 Spitfire. Also in my head / planning would be a collection of 1/72 WW2 RN and German navy stuff..... a U-boat, RN corvette, RN/RAF aircraft etc

I'm looking at everybody's hints and tips as my last model was when I was a 10 year old youngun and it looks like I used actual cement and painted it with dulux paint.

Drop by, say hello, and let me pinch your ideals and tips
my ebay account has gone through the roof!

Hello and welcome. New boy here myself with zero experience. I've found Paul's building videos invaluable in the modelling techniques and tutorials part of the website. I'm into aircraft too and have a 1/48 Spit among otheres to have a crack at.
There are old pilots and there are bold pilots, but there are no old, bold pilots.
