My 4 year old introduces me to Walter Wick

My four year old daughter apparently has been reading a series of books that this fella Walter Wick did the modelling and photography work.
I'd heard his name mentioned before but I couldn't place it, then I saw his work and I remembered that I'd read a reference book on dioramas that had some of his stuff in it.
