Revell Contacta or Tamiya Extra Thin???

As the name implies, that is what I am wondering, Tamiya Extra Thing glue, or Revell Contacta?
I have used the Contacta (the same bottle of it even!) since I started the hobby in about April or March of this year. Now it is starting to run dry slowly but surely and I was wondering, which do people prefer, Revell Contacta or Tamiya Extra Thin?
Thanks for your opinions guys!
:cheers2:

I'm using revell at the moment and it works fine for me, but planning to get Tamitya Extra Thin once it's available in UK. I like the fact that Tamiya is thinner and comes with the brush applicator. Also I found that Revell takes a bit long for my liking to dry.
I voted for Revell as I'm yet to try Tamiya :D

I have several glues, depending on the application. Both of the listed ones, plus a testors I don't use but one I use on long welds, is Ambroid Pro Weld, which is great for large panels.

Revel is thicker and holds the piece and also fills a gap

Forgot, I also use Zap a gap CA, but not so much lately, good to have for instant adhesion

Well, out of 10 votes Tamiya Extra Thin seems to be the winner, keep giving your opinion's though guys, really interesting to learn more about the types of glues that people use! Now to check if the model shop sells it :P

I didn't vote and for this reason
I use tamiya extra thin most of time but i also use faller super expert
This is a glue that is basicly the same as revell and comes with a needle bottle aswell
The glue sets faster and with a much stronger bond then revell
The drying time is slightly longer then TET but again stronger
But there are task that TET is not so good for in my opinion and that is when i use the other glue
My prime example being the tracks on dragon half track kits
They can be made workable if you only get glue in the locator hole this is harder to do with TET as it flows over the surface this doesn't happen with revell or in my case faller glue so i have a fully workable track
But for the most part tamiya extra thin is a great option and i think you will like it
