So on to my next project.

All ways had a thing for all things war machines and there history. So I found this awesome little kit by TAMIYA the BMW R57. The kit was moulded from moulds made in 1972 (its a brand new kit they still make it today) I have to say that there is almost no Flash or pin marks there is a little flash on the parts of the figure but kinda thought there would be.

The level of detail on the figures has blown me over. So many parts to glue to them its awesome. takes about an hour to do each one and thats with out the paint.

This is where I am up to right now. I will keep you posted on the progress.

Thanks.

Well that's the B.M.W R75 all done. What an awesome little kit to build. My first time doing figure building and painting was hard at first but I think I found my feet with it (I hope) It has to be my best work yet. Let me know what you think.

It is best to find as many images as you can for this kit Tamiya leave a lot of room for you to do as you you please lol

Thanks.

That's a really smart looking build Wayne. The details on those figures turned out really well. Very crisp.
Those ancient tamiya figures need a lot of TLC these days, but they're wonderful paint studies and fantastic teaching tools as you just proved very well.
Fine work bud!

Good job on that basic Tamiya kit. Nice work painting. ...clean and neat brush work. Also good detail painting on the equipment and uniform details...like the buttons and buckles.
Keep having fun.
Bill.
