Evening everyone my name is tom from East Sussex UK, I'm 29 and a mine electrician.

Recently started building and painting models within the past few months, starting with air fix and now on tamiya models, find the tamiya models a little better to be honest.

It all started when I found myself sitting around on Sundays and the girlfriend doing her art and craft bits so went into hobby craft with her and picked up a cheap air fix set then went from there really.

My main interest is ww2 military tanks. There is a lot of inspiration on this site and all pics look amazing, I'm only brush painting my tanks at present would love to airbrush one day but trying to learn basic skills with a brush but the finish with brush probably won't ever look as good as airbrushing but still enjoying it.
