Thank you for the add, my main interest is Railway modeling but learning new paint techniques with acrylics, practicing on military models

Mainly a Railway modeler, getting back into 1:35 & 1:48 military modeling, learning how to paint all models to a high standard

Hello everyone, I just joined ISM last week and am still having trouble navigating the site to introduce myself, so here I am at last! I'm a retired older guy who is returning to scale modelling after a 20+ year hiatus and a bit rusty not to mention all the newer techniques and tools. I only used to build WWII 1/48 scale propeller aircraft but want to expand my horizons into all genres of military scale modelling and delve into armor, jet aircraft and ships, eventually. I thoroughly enjoy watching all the scale modelling vids on You Tube especially ISM's. It's a pleasure to be here on the forums. Thanks.
