Hello all from azsam!

[azsam]

Hi everyone!
My name is Sam and I'm coming to you from sunny (normally) Arizona! I just recently joined the ISM forum, but I have been reading quite a lot here in the last few months. Lots of great info, tips and beautiful builds to be had!

A little about me. I have been out of the hobby for some 15 years or so, but recently got back into it with some gentle persuasion from my wife. I've just finished my first recent build which was Revell's 1/48 F-15E (you can find my completed pictures here, http://www.intscalemodeller.com/viewtop ... 45&t=10718). It was pretty challenging as a re-introduction to the hobby, but I had fun and tried a lot of new things to me.

I look forward to meeting all of you and can't wait for what the future of modelling will bring us!

Hi Sam welcome on board , went on holiday to Scottsdale earlier this year it was very sunny when we went.

Oh yeah, summer and fall is great in the Phoenix area if you don't mind the heat! It's normally sunny here in Southern AZ, but it's been pretty cold and rainy today. I guess we can't complain about a few days of rain a year!

Year 104 every afternoon, I bet your glad of the rain

[azsam]

Oh yeah, it's been down in the upper 30's/ low 40's today, but we'll always take the rain!

My friend who I play golf with his son working at a golf course in scottsdale I think it was a bit of a shock to him he was working in Portland before.

Man, that is a complete 180 from working in Portland! I don't think you can get much different
