mr hobby cement s?

Hi dose any one no why we can get mr hobby cement s in the uk but not tamiya extra thin cement? I keep having to order from Hong Kong I can see me getting in trouble soon with the post office

You won't get in trouble with the PO so ops ont worry.

I believe it started over the warning labels not being in English and now it's escalated to the point we can't get it anymore.

thx Paul even tho I like mr hobby better i just could not work it out that mr hobby is not in English to thx tony I'm a lorry driver so do get around I'm always in emodels I ring gav to get my order ready when I go in there it's like Xmas to me lol my mrs always takes my bank card off me when I say I'm going to emodels so she orders the stuff online and pays it so I go in with no money lol well that what's she thinks any way

I know it's a strange thing, I prefer extra thin myself, but use both.

Emodels shop is great so much to look at, I'll have to get down there one day again.

We had the same problem in the USA a couple of years ago. Who actually reads the safety labels on anything? I guess they need to say dont drink the cement/paint/glue as its bad for you as common sense is no longer enough. But we had the same problem with the Tamiya paint as well because the labels where in Japanese. Oh well I guess because of idiots and lawyers we all have to suffer

And as Paul said, you will not get in trouble mate, I actually love getting the cement with the labels in Japanese. Sort of cool

CheeRS lads have just sent of for 6 lol I thought u could not send flammable though royalemail ? I was going to send of for all the tamiya enamels the last few things that have sent for as been pulled by customs for vat don't mind paying that but it's the £13.50 that gets me

If you want the enamels lucky models is the cheapest place

Thats where I sent off for the cement I had sent off for some tamiya ca glue 2weeks ago it come fast but I got customs charges it was marked has a gift to lol never mind I think it's because I order a lot from Japan and honk kong they must no my name and think these are not gifts lol thx Paul well look into it

Mind yo, they do like to change transportation of hazardous materials regulations quite a lot!!!!
I bought some about 6 months ago now from http://www.scalemodelshop.co.uk
The bottle that came did have some English warnings on the bottle?
Guessing it might be something else stopping it being transported?
