Hello from Wales

[Brundledonk]

Hi everyone,
My name is Pete, I live with in a small villiage in Wales at the foot of the Black mountain on the edge of the Brecon Beacons with my Wife, 2.1 kids and a couple of hounds
I've been back in the hobby for a few years now after not building anything since I was a kid, probably the same story as most of you, building kits gave way to girls, cars, marriage, mortgage and kids lol !
I got back into modelling after I picked up a cheap Kit at an airshow, threw it together over a weekend and it snowballed from there, these days I predominantly build Aircraft in 1/32 scale, but also like to dabble in a bit of scifi and the odd MotoGP bike, I went through a phase of striving for as accurate a build as possible a few years ago, but in the end I found I was building less while researching more and very little got completed, it kind of sucked the fun out of the hobby for me and I nearly gave up altogether. These days I build to have fun and please myself, but I'm not adversed to correcting things in a build if it tickles my fancy

I look forward to getting know you all and learning and sharing builds and techniques

Pete
