We have addressed the concerns of customers on forums as per shipping cost . We have in checkout applied this check box for all Ultimate Modeling Products sold in North America. We
are assuming all UK /Europe based Customers will purchase from their preferred retailer in these regions. If we do encounter order from UK / Europe we will re-direct the customer to
Ultimate Modeling Products.

Now on our Checkout / Shopping Cart page :

Agreed. Impressed with the response and the speed with which it happened. $8.75 is a bargain for shipping around or out of Canada. That price works out to about $10 Canadian dollars and Canada Post charges $1.00 for a letter the cheapest price for a small light package at the post office is 10 or 12 dollars, so Strike Force must have a good corporate account.

BTW - Are they joining to join ISM? As sponsors?

I got some pop ups trying to tell my PC was infected when I clicked on their new products link. Be careful. I run Linux so I am not too worried and didn't click on their pop up or call their phone number to be scammed. This a typical malware scam.

The domain that comes up in the new tab does not come up in a google search. Whois shows the domain (us-techsupports.com) was registered today. A sure sign it someone is up to no good.

I have an order in with them now. So far the communication and ease of use has been great. I received an email receipt as well as a separate email to let me know they do not have the product in stock yet but say it should arrive shortly. I was also promised another email when it shipped from them. I will update everyone as it goes but so far their customer service seems to be beyond reproach.

If a customer has doubt or a concern at any time when on their computer please call us we will address any and all issues quickly.

I just received an email this morning stating they now have Ultimate products in. I had called them earlier in the week and the customer service was amazing. So far guys looks like Lee and Paul have found a good distributor for us in the North America. I'll update again when I get it to let you all know the shipping times etc.

Just a quick follow up as I said I would update. I received my package today. It was well packed and shipped extremely quickly from their warehouse but the holidays held it up a little. Still under a week to get it. The guys at strike force have extremely good communication the whole way through the process. I'll definitely use them again.

For Canada Post to get it out of the country with all the holiday shipping moving around is good by itself. (Canada Post's mascot is a three-toed sloth dragging a bear-trap around both back legs).

Wow talk about excellent customer service! I just received a phone call to let me know the status of my order. I purchased some Ultimate Thinner and Cleaner which he said he can't keep on the shelves! I am definitely going to shop with Strike Force Hobbies again because that was service I have never experienced by any company I have ever dealt with!

Definitely recommend these guys and I will be ordering all of the Ultimate products from them exclusively!

Just received a call from Rui at SFH letting me know that one item in my order wasn't available and that, per my request, they'll ship everything in a week or so when they are fully stocked. That's just incredible customer service in my book! I've never had someone call me and explained the situation with any of my orders, ever! These guys are superb and have now become my go-to hobby shop for Ultimate and possibly other products.

I got my Ultimate Thinner and AB Cleaner today, I am impressed with the packaging. It was like trying to get into Fort Knox, you would have to run the box over with a truck to damage the contents inside! Also these bottles of thinner and cleaner are a lot bigger than I expected...this stuff should last a good while!

When I can amass the $$$ for the mega sanding pack I will be purchasing it!

I find it odd that a distributor located in Ontario Canada has it's prices listed as US Dollars. I also did a check price wise and it's cheaper to order the same products from the UK then it is from them.
