Man Cave

Hi Folks,
I know a few of you have fantastic man caves judging by some of the pics, I,ve just put mine up, (10x8 shed). My question is what did you use to insulate it and board it out, I have a few ideas but searching on the web gives loads of different answers.

Heres mine using 40mm foil lined foam board
