Gloss coat

Hi every one,
Can any one please tell when I finish airbrushing, the surface textur is rough :? And I use Tamiya gloss coat, it's smooth, but it looks weird ,I think it might called orange peel effect! But I used modelmaster, Vallejo gloss with the same effect :shock: !

Could you provide pictures and a step by step that leads you to that problem? Is it just when you apply the clear coat? Maybe the clear coat is going on too thick? Are you using acrylics or enamels? Are you using a primer? Do you clean the surface with alcohol before priming? Pictures would be helpful.

Mincemeat is right, a little more information. however , I got a rough surface once when I forgot to reset the psi higher coming off my compressor.
