Academy Enamel Paints

First time I've seen these, has anyone used them? Any Good? Repackaged Tamiya?

Being enamel they may be Testor paint, the bottles remind me of Testor.

I'm not familiar with Testor paints but it was the bottles that reminded me of Tamiya enamel bottles.
