so after half a year I finally finished building the Wasa and placed it on the sea.

Great looking ship, the sails look so realistic. The rigging is amazing and look like they are under stress from the wind. I like how she looks like she is pushing her way through the water and not leaving much of a wake.

thank you for the nice rating, I enjoyed it.
the sails are cut and sewn from a handkerchief, home-made quilted and scented in black tea. Reinforced with dissolved starch.

I would suggest that you get a custom made clear acrylic case made that will take the whole model and base inside it, before the dust devil starts to attack your model. Sailing ships are just the worst thing for keeping dust away from.
Contact Paul at Just Bases in Paignton. He will give you a price based on your dimensions. Also, what he does is a round robin delivery trip to customers when he has a number of cases made, and this ensures no damage in transit.

Sorry! Did not notice that Dzar is in Czech Republic.
So my suggestion about contacting Just Bases in Paignton to source acrylic cases will only apply to UK modellers!
I would imagine acrylic cases can be sourced locally by modeller in other countries.
